GoPro Camera

GoPro is a brand of the privately owned San Mateo, California company that features “wearable” camera such as helmet cameras that are targeted at adventure video/photography. This type of camera is widely used by professionals and hobbyists. GoPro cameras have been used to film inside of the mouths of alligators, sharks, and polar bears. It’s just incredible what we have accomplished with technology.
First of all, this type of cameras allows us to learn and understand more of the animal world. In a scientific expedition, a biologist put a GoPro HE Hero3 on a shark’s fin for three weeks, which allowed the scientific people to track the shark, analyze his habitat, food, interaction with other animals in the ocean.
