Extra Credit – Cameras for adrenaline junkies go mainstream
Why is GoPro’s customer base so loyal?
GoPro maintains a loyal customer base for a few reasons. The company’s employees share the same interests as the customers being skydivers and surfers themselves. GoPro also features videos they find on Youtube and Vimeo that were shot with GoPro posting them on their website as well as sending out e-mails to their customers with links to their chosen video of the week.
How is GoPro able to compete in the highly competitive camera market against giants such as Nikon, Canon, Sony, Fuji, and Olympus?
GoPro is able to prosper in the highly competitive camera market because it has such an inexpensive, unique product. Its small size, versatility, and ability to shoot professional quality video puts GoPro in a league of its own.

Microsoft Office 2013
PowerPoint now has an enhanced presentation mode, allowing users to project their documents onto a screen while viewing their notes and slides on a tablet or PC at the same time. The updated planner and note taking software, “OneNote” includes improved tablet functions such as touch and handwriting recognition, and adds a new radial menu offering easier ways to change font size and characteristics using fingers instead of a mouse and keyboard.

How Excel is used at work
While I worked as a trainee in accounts payable at Fox Networks, I used Microsoft Excel to organize a chart showing copies of signatures from each of the local station’s executives. By doing so, my co-workers were easily able to verify the signature on an employee’s travel and expense report.
