Simple technology is improving everyone’s lives in Guyana because we are now able to communicate much faster with our families in there and vice-versa. Because of improved technology, you seriously now don’t need to travel by airplane for 5 to 6 hours and even more with all the delays that normally occur. With advance technology of webcam, we are now seconds from seeing the ones we don’t usually see often. Cell Phones availability is also another ways Guyana has tremendously improved. Other than Skype which allows users to make voice calls over the Internet, we are able to connect with families by just a dial of a button.

Other than cell phones and webcam, people are able to buy internet service to use on laptops and desktop which makes it much easier for teachers, lawyers and especially hospitals.

Also people had to get from one place to another by ferries but with improvement of technology, bridges and highways are constructed so many people will be move around and get to their destination much faster and easier by cars and taxis.

1. Why is computer programming becoming increasingly important

Computer programming is becoming more and more a bigger part of society.  It is increasing because they are new windows software developing, useful for security programs, where the more advance the program gets, the better it is to prevent things like identity theft and also much more phones with advance technology developing. Also computer programming is good for the web and it builds applications.

2. How is the Shutter Sunglasses useful to modern society? 

The shutter sunglasses will basically teach a person basic programming skills. These glasses are useful in hope that it will encourage more people to learn the art of computer coding. Other than computer programming, these glasses allows you to listen to music, being that it will have a microphone built in.
