How has technology improved in my country?
Before coming to the USA i lived in Jamaica, the use of technology is not as advanced as here. Having internet service at home was some what a privilege before than it is today. A lot more people there are now able to apply for this service at home. About a year or two ago one of the main telephone and internet provider Digicel started to provide 4G internet service, and phones, but WiFi is not available in many places. A lot of people there are very much influenced by how technology is used here, and they are very much apart of the social networks, facebook and twitter. The improvement of technology has definitely helped the people there to stay connected to family and friends now than they could before. In schools the use of computers for home work and online assignments is not the same as here, so there are limited amount of computers that are available for students to use on campus. The overall use of technology in my country has improved over the years but there is a lot more that can be done that could better help students and teachers.

SoftBank buying 70% stake in Sprint
The deal with Sprint Nextel to sell a majority of the company to Japanese tech giant SoftBank will affect affect their subscribers in many way. They will now have to await the new changes of the company and make changes to their contracted services. There will be a change in phone prices because sprint will now have phones that are 4G that both At&t and Verizon their biggest competitors already have.AT&T and Verizon should now be worried because Sprint will now have the same products and services available which made them bigger and better providers in the past. There will be a lot more competition and now they will have to work harder at marketing to keep their customers and still get new ones.

I have never used Access, but here is a brief definition of what is is and how it may be sued in the workplace. Microsoft Access is an information management tool that helps sort information for reference, reporting and analysis. It can be used for cross references, multiple users may access data at the same time and data is arranged in a few columns with less repetition. Sabratini Watson

One of the new features of the Microsoft Office 2013 is your office files are tied to you by a Microsoft ID. So files can follow you where ever you go and also allows you to pick up from where you left off on any unfinished document. Sabratini Watson
