After analyzing my mom’s issues within her daily routine, I’ve concluded that both of the problems I discovered are in fact real issues, and are negatively impacting her day to day life.
- what is causing pain? Not eating balanced meals or having time to do things for yourself are both not good for the human body both physically and mentally.
- Not eating well or having time for things like fitness and reading are problems because they can cause unhappiness, lack of physical strength, and loss of morale
- My mom has recently made more of an effort to eat lunch every day which is great, but still doesn’t have much time to do the things she loves on a daily basis
