My name is Stelianos Papadopoulos

I am a transfer student from Queensborough Community College and I came to New York approximately three years ago from Greece. I currently work at JFK airport as a senior agent for EL AL Israel Airlines and I am looking forward to major in finance at Baruch College, but also focusing on different areas related to finance, aiming for additional majors and/or minors in the future.

My expectations from the course is to provide me profound information about IT and its importance. I was never interested into looking deeply in IT because everything is “set up” and IT is used as a commodity. However, I expect the course to change the way I see the digital area.

The reason I chose a major in finance is first to make a living and also because it is an area which I am not familiar with but at the same time interested due to personal knowledge and previous experiences from various courses related to it.

I am looking forward to gather as much knowledge and experience possible.
