Hi! I’m Stephania. Originally from New York, born and raised in Brooklyn and currently living in Queens. I graduated in 2012 from Baruch College with a BBA, majoring in Marketing Management and minoring in Political Science. Since graduating, I’ve held several positions in digital marketing with a focus on email and subscription retention. I currently work in retention marketing as a Director, and am interested in developing more experience and knowledge in business operations, leadership and management. I started the part-time evening MBA program at Baruch College in the Fall of 2021.

Here I’ll be documenting my experience in the course MGT 9967, otherwise known as Technology, Innovation and Design in High-Growth Ventures.
