Real world events usually require people in order to make them worthwhile. Otherwise, how would we know whether a tree falling in a catering hall makes a sound if nobody is there to hear it? We, therefore, need to consider several high level procedures:
- Inform the right number of targeted people about the upcoming event
- Get certain people to complete certain tasks in preparation for the event
- Gauge chatter leading up to the event
- Ensure that people actually attend in the event
- Track how people felt about all of the aspects of the event
Each of these procedures can be broken up into more detailed categories of procedures that can be executed in a variety of ways. We will dive into each of these procedures in the coming weeks.
