Stress

I’ve discovered recently(within the past couple of years) that stress can really ruin you. Not only your mental state but your physical state as well. Some tips for a less stressful everyday experience:

Let the little things go

Put yourself in other peoples shoes

Know when to stop

Don’t be afraid to ask for help

Always remember how awesome you are!
