My name is Tiffany, I am 29 and a mom of 4 little boys. I am a full-time student at Baruch College where I have been killing it for 6 years now. I started in 2008 with my GED in hopes of someday starting my own business. Here I am in my senior year, nearing the end of this journey and I’d like to share this experience.
I have a very supportive husband, who also has entrepreneurial aspirations. We are big gym heads and he is a practicing personal trainer. He would like to some day own a garage style gym. Our children range in age from 13-5 and they are really a handful as you can probably imagine. I would also like to share in my highs and lows with them because I feel like managing people is a large part of having a business. They are my best practice for what I would like to pursue.
I have dreams of becoming a wedding planner. I just love bringing peoples visions to life. Above all else I love to help people and I cannot see myself in any field that would deprive me of this. Wedding planning may seem like a froofy business, however it is very in depth and requires a lot of preparation and can be a stressful task. People never stop getting married, and it is a very profitable business if you are successful.
In addition to the many hats I wear, I also bake. I have recently decided to attempt to sell cupcakes in order to collect starter capital for The Wed Agent (Please see The Wed Agent tab for details). Check out the Cupcakes page for pics and details. xoxoxoxoxoxoxo
