Graduation Rates In the U.S.

“Woman Are More Likely to Graduate college, are just as likely to be doctors as secretaries, but still earn [about] 78 percent of what men make.

Although women are graduating at higher rates than men, the Wage Gap promotes discrimination in the workplace as it prohibits women from being protected by law(s).

According to the above graph provided by USNEWS, Men and women with professional degrees have similar earnings in their 20’s. The earnings gap widens over time, so that by their late 30’s, men earn approximately 50% more than women.
