This article describes that brand is all around the world and it is very important for a company.  Branding can be a company’s face to become known to consumers.  As the article said,”Today brands are everything, and all kinds of products and services. Nobody understands branding better than professional services firms. in today’s economy, and world branding is the most effective way to let people know the products and the company itself.

This article tells us more about the Naomi Klein’s article. and it mentions the importance of branding for a company to be successful. in Naomi’s article its about “No Space”, “No Choice”, “No Jobs”, and “No Logo”. it tells us how important the branding is.In the age of the brand, logos are everywhere.  Both articles give prime examples to support their arguments about the effectiveness of branding.  these two articles are all about how important the branding are in this world, and economy.

This logotype is mother i placed a picture in the word. Show that in a black and white version. I used the picture to insted the letter o. I think it is a cool.

as the first one i used the four heart in the word mother. this time i used the four heart to insted the letter o, i made the four heat round like an “o”.

This word flower is from my classmate, i insert a picture into this word. i also draw a line under the letters, i want to make this word related to the picture which is flower.

Here are my two examples of the logotypes, one is “google” and the other is “saks”

I think the “saks” logo is a good example, it use the black color  for the background, and the white color for the words, it gives more impressive to people who see the logo by the first time. it uses the texture type and creates a visual illusion. also the words type really good, because it uses the contrast color for the logo, we can see the strong comparison.

The second is “google” it just very simple. The colors works not bad and it uses different words type are not very impressive. it is not very modern sans serif font.  this logotype is what it is, nothing more interesting. because  different forms could make me see or think in a different way. and  this kind of deign can not direct the reader’s attention to some important things.

This is a good example of graphic because it totally show the meaning of graphic design.The design is not purely artistic fantasy, but imagine the use of some means of transforming people can perceive things.Graphic design would imagine to be the visual
