Kabbalah

This weekend has been truly different from my usual weekends . This weekend I went to a kabbalah retreat. The whole timetee were asked to explore our own negative and positive aspects and how this effects the rest of our lives. At first I didn’t really think about it but now I feel like if I was to write something I reallwanted to explore it would be how your life can change by just thinking about things in a different light. Not sure were it’s really going but that what would interest me.

  1. Are you already a Kabbalah follower?

I wouldn’t say I’m a Kabbalah follower but just stopping to evaluate life was very interesting. I think that if people would just stop for a moment to truly appreciate what we have , we would all benefit. I mean I know it sounds chiche but I truly believe in that. For me , I’m in a really good place in my life right now. And it’s not because everything is going my way and everything is full of sunshine but because I’ve come to the understanding that if I don’t learn from what’s going wrong it will never go right. I never had anything handed to me and always had to go through so many obstacles just to get a little bit of good and it would always irritate me. And now , not because of Kabbalah but other life experiences, I’m able to just take it in and work it to my advantage. And I think from all that I was hearing this weekend that’s what Kabbalah is trying to get people to work towards.

  3. That’s very interesting. Those concepts remind me of concepts I found while studying Buddhism. I’m not a Buddhist, I just like reading some of the text lol

Its interesting that different “spiritual ideas” or whatever you’d call it ( ie: Buddhism, Kabbalah ect. ) try to teach some of the same ideas and yet we still dont ever fully understand or practice it.
