About Me

I am a Professor in the Paul H. Chook Department of Information Systems and Statistics in the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College, CUNY. I received a Ph.D. in Statistics from the University of Missouri under the supervision of Professor Paul Speckman. My research has been focusing on Bayesian hierarchical modeling, spatial smoothing, and functional data analysis. My statistical training began at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, where I obtained my BS in Statistics in 2003. I was born and grew up in Hefei, Anhui, China.
