So I was thinking of keeping the “deteriorating skin” a similarity throughout all 5 pics, but if you guys feel that this piece looks better without it, then I’ll nix it.

I vote for with. the deteriorating skin here is her envying dry skin. it works
Hmm maybe if the deteriorating skin was kind of creeping over her body rather than covering it completely? That might be alittle more subtle and imply something about motion or time or transformation.
In this image I wish the word ‘envy’ looked more like a tattoo. Or if her necklace said ‘envy’ that might be a nice touch.
The perspective of the mirror back seems a bit wrong, you have the dresser at an angle so it would imply that the mirror back would be at an angle too. You can try transforming the perspective of the mirror back a bit to get it to fit more in the space you’re creating.
I like how you are using related imagery among all of your pictures (the vertical lines, etc).
Careful to not get too busy with the image OK? If you are planning to print this large it will be OK but I worry if you’re planning to print it small that you have a lot going on in there.
