Darkening the background on the Skate poster helped set off the type and the skater better. The skater still has that weird thing going on with his right arm/shoulder and the arrow behind him.
The Quantum of Solace image is elegant. Check your typography in the movie title; I notice a few things going on: 1- The Q in Quantum is too high on the baseline. Remember, in your round letters (like Q, O, C, etc.) the bottom of the letter sits slightly below the baseline. If you type the entire word ‘Quantum’ in your font I think you’ll see what I mean. 2- the typeface you are using for the letters ‘uantum f s lace’ seems a bit clunky. How about finding a slightly more elegant sans-serif for those letters – maybe Century Gothic or Futura or Gotham or… rather than Helvetica. You don’t need something flashy you just need something more stylish (think Armani jacket – understated but stylish – know what I mean?).

I love the 007 poster, cool, nice job. love the sand texture and type used in the picture. COOOOOOOOOOOOOL!
