Interview Questions

Hi, my name is Joseph. I’m starting in Baruch with my intended major as finance. I love playing all different sports, basketball, hockey, tennis, you name it. An ideal day for me would be to wake up early, pray, have a deluxe breakfast, go for a long run, have an even bigger lunch, and play sports the rest of the day. As many of my generation would say as well, the biggest time waster is my phone and just technology overall. The best thing I’ve witnesses so far was a New York Rangers playoff game last year where they beat the New Jersey Devils.

Today I had the opportunity to interview Faridun and Erica. Upon starting college, their intended majors were finance and accounting respectively. Faridun was born in Uzbekistan, and one of the best things he’s witnessed and been a part of was going back to Uzbekistan to visit his family for three months when he was twelve years old. Faridun told me that an ideal day for him would be to wake up early, have a nice breakfast, work out, have lunch, go for a run, and end off the day with his friends in the city, or by Coney Island watching fireworks. Erica was born in China and some of her earliest memories include her grandma taking care of her while her parents were working during the day. She loves concerts and the best one she went to was a Black Pink concert in Metlife Stadium. She tends to waste a lot of time playing games on her phone, and on an ideal day, she would wake up late and stay in bed all day.
