Where would you like to go in the world and stay for a year? Why?

A place where I would like to go is to Italy. I would stay here for a year because the place is known as the city of love. Italy is a place where pizza was created and it’s perfect because I love pizza. To add on, this place is the history of the renaissance known as the “rebirth”. They have amazing museums that are enjoyable, in which, I would love to see. Also I would like to learn the language Italian to communicate with people. My name is Carelyn Mendez and I am a person who is curious about the world as well as adventurous.

The person I spoke to in class is named Teresa and Karoline. Let’s begin with the first question that we asked each other in the board which was “What motivates you to get up in the morning?”. Karoline responded to get to class and being able to get here on time. Then Teresa’s response is the motivation to get her up is for her future. Basically saying that she want’s a future for herself and be successful in life. Another question we answered was “ If you could do what ever you wanted- what would that be?”. My partner Teresa and Karoline responded to have vacations only and while being deposited with money at the same time. Last but not least another question was “Describe your perfect partner?”, Karoline responds a person who is hilarious, weird, respectful, and driven. Meanwhile Teresa response is a person who is kind, compassionate, and funny. I found my partners differences in responses interesting and two girls who are trying to achieve what most college students are trying to do which is to achieve success.
