IceBreaker Q’s

There are a few things that are hard for me to do. I would say one really hard thing for me to do is to sit down and focus on what I’m working on. The reason for that being is, I tend to get distracted by the things around me and start to procrastinating. Which makes me take much longer to do the actual work that I need to do and also make me not be able to do it in the best way possible since every time I am drifting away from my work. I also am not a big fan of doing schoolwork so when I don’t enjoy to do some thing, it makes it harder for me to do as well.

During class I was I was speaking to one of the classmates and I asked him about an important friend that he no longer has any contact with. He mentioned growing up that he had this friend that he was very close with growing up from when he was at a very young age and all of a sudden as he got older and went to high school, his friend slowly drifted away from him and started hanging out with other people and started to forget about him. Although when they see each other, they say hi to each other, however the friendship is still not the same.

  1. You’re not alone when u say one of the hardest things is to sit down and focus on one thing you do because I feel like everyone goes through that and procrastination is real, it sucks but it does happen to one. I also felt that when the person you interviewed said that because of high school, the important people in your life slowly start to drift away.

  2. I agree with you, sometimes trying to sit down and focus on one thing is really hard. Sometimes during exams, my eyes just go off the paper and start looking around in the room for no reason.

  3. I also have a lot of trouble focusing! Whenever I am finally able to force myself to sit down and complete my work, I’ll maybe get five good minutes of quality work done, and then almost immediately i fizzle out of energy. The only time I seem to be very consistently productive is late at night when everyone else in the dorms are asleep. Only then am I finally able to lock in and do what I need to do.
