Points five and eight really reside with me. I think there are definitely points that need to be made, especially given what commuters see on a daily basis.
I think all of your points address serious issues that are relevant to today. In my points, I did not mention the accessibility of mental health services. However, I do think that it is an important topic to focus on. There is more transparency on mental health, but I think that there are still some people who ignore their mental health or lack the resources to get help. I think that if mental health services were more easily accessible, then it could create a safer society. I also like your point about safer transportation. Since I use the subway to commute to Baruch, having a safer subway would make me feel more at ease when commuting.
