I really like how you incorporated the colors and shapes that are used in the product onto your paper design. Using the same text and recreating the curved lines gives and interesting aspect to your paper.
It’s interesting to see another design approach based on the same product I used. Though I believe that two different fonts were used by the packaging, and that “playableART” was debossed, I can appreciate your explanation of how the packaging design relates to the product itself. I was unable to open the box during my visit (because of security) so I was unaware of the magnetic closing device. Good job on the analysis.
I really like the typeface you choose for the word playable in your title. It is the same as the package which helps to hold the design together. I think it nicely incorporates the playable nature of the product as well as the somewhat serious nature of the packaging design for the product.
I really like the typeface use for the tittle the fact that you put the whole word together so that there is no space its really clean. i also like the choice of the color yellow and black. it looks really clean yet sharp because the writing of the paragraphs could be readable.
The colors blend harmoniously throughout the design, screaming for attention in a good way. I like the fact that you chose that yellow neon for your text. It contrasts well with the dark grey background. The drop cap T looks very nice! The wavy lines are the most interesting pieces of your design. They are dynamic and playful, matching with the name of your package: Playable Art.
