From the recent current events one of them had caught my attention talking about a school shooting that happened in Nashville, Tennessee. Putting aside fear, people may wonder what are the causes for the shooters to target a private Christian school. Throughout my research I’m planning to use news articles to find the background information of the shooters that caused the event to happen. Also including some information about the private school and what connections it has with the shooters. During my research there might not be an answer to my question or the answers are just too broad and it’s only their prediction. This topic interests me because the news about school shootings have made me aware of how close anyone can be close to death with everyone being allowed to carry guns. I’m curious what the shooters were thinking when they took the action and why they targeted the kids. The way that the government has reacted to the situation also has a huge impact on whether the issue with gun violence will increase in the future. Readers should also care about the topic of gun violence and school shootings since you’ll never know if it will happen to you without any reason.
