Intro→ issue: staying up really late at night everyday
-at first it was pretty fun, even wanted to stay up the the whole night and the next day

-heard of the bad consequences for staying up late, The psychological effects of all nighter
-tried to sleep early using all kinds of methods
-most of the methods failed
-finally the methods started working for a while
-stayed up really late again for some reasons
