What is Outcomes Assessment?
Outcomes assessment is the process of setting goals, determining how well those goals are being met, and determining the best course of action to take to improve those results.
This can take the form of either reworking the goals or rethinking the methods being used to reach them. Often a little bit of both solutions is optimal.
