Frances C. Bajada was recently sworn in as assistant U.S. attorney for the District of New Jersey, where she is assigned to the office’s Criminal Division in Newark. She was most recently permanent law clerk for U.S. District Judge Susan D. Wigenton. Michael Bolla, the director of sales for Luxury Lofts & Homes, a boutique brokerage film in New York, is an expert in historic restoration, especially of landmarked properties. He recently worked on the marketing, design, and sales of the Forward Building on the Lower East Side. Carolyn N. Graham (MPA) is deputy chief administrative officer for human services for the city of Richmond, Va. Susan Hirshman (MBA), managing director and private banker at JP Morgan Private Wealth Management, has written her first book, Does This Make My Assets Look Fat? A Woman’s Guide to Finding Financial Empowerment and Success (St. Martin’s Press). The book helps women connect to their inner financial expertise by looking at investing and personal finance through the prism of dieting.

He’s been with the company since 2000 and currently oversees eight strategic data centers in North America and is responsible for another 14 sites globally. Leake & Watts has named Deborah Davidson director of its Mother/Infant Program in the Bronx, which serves teen mothers in foster care as well as their babies. Most recently she was program coordinator/supervisor of the Baby & Me and Parent-Child Home Programs at SCO Family of Services. Ronald P. Fetzer (MBA) was appointed interim CFO of EDGAR Online, Inc. He was most recently VP of NexCen Brands, Inc., an intellectual property management and franchising company. Bernard Kilkelly (MBA) has served since 2001 as VP-Investor Relations for Delphi Financial Group, Inc., a NYSE-listed insurance holding company. He is currently executive VP of programs for the New York Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI-NY). In April NIRI-NY held an event at Baruch College on climate change disclosure in conjunction with the Robert Zicklin Center for Corporate Integrity. Veronica Vilardo (MBA) and her husband of 17 years recently visited Ireland. She is VP, government and institution banking, at Wells Fargo.

Frank Ferrantelli has joined investment bank FBR Capital Markets Corporation as managing director, head of high yield trading. He previously held the same position at Oppenheimer & Co. Devone Madison, along with partner Shaun Jackson, founded the New York City-based Dollhouse, a social network geared to lesbians, mostly African American. In less than two years, the club has opened affiliates in New Jersey, Chicago, and Toronto and has raised money for breast cancer and AIDS research and for the Survivors of Mothers with AIDS Foundation. Leslie Neve, senior coordinator of risk management at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, recently completed her master’s degree in health care at Seton Hall University.

She previously launched and led the School District of Philadelphia’s Office of College and Career Awareness; helped create the country’s first online voter registration drive as executive director of Rock the Vote, Los Angeles; and was the executive director of Inner-City Games, Philadelphia.

Matthew Doyle has been Playboy’s photo director since January and is based in the company’s Chicago headquarters. He was previously photo director and chief photographer at Complex magazine, which he helped launch in 2001. Shanell Robinson (MSEd ’04) is president of the Pan-Hellenic Council of Greater New York, where she oversees the 47 chapters of the nine Black Greek-letter organizations in the five boroughs. She is currently technology coordinator at Harlem’s Wadleigh High School as well as the chief examiner for the GED program at the MidManhattan Adult Learning Center.

Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. has hired Brad Darby (MBA) as a sales director of its debt capital markets business. Prior to this he was a senior salesperson at Summit Securities and worked on the high yield/distressed desks at Guggenheim Capital and Miller Tabak Roberts Securities. Benjamin (Wei Bin) Deng (MBA ’04), field director at Northwestern Mutual, is leading expansion efforts in the company’s New York office. Eva Fognell is the Eugene Thaw Curator of American Indian Art at the Fenimore Art Museum in Cooperstown, N.Y. Her most recent project was to develop the exhibit Art of the American Indians: The Thaw Collection and its accompanying catalog. The exhibit is currently touring art museums in the United States and explores the extraordinarily diverse forms of visual expression in Native American art. Oleg Kleyman (MBA ‘04) recently became key account manager at Callanen International, a Timex Group division. He now overseas business development and product launches in Italy, Greece, Belgium, Croatia, France, Spain, Portugal, Holland, and Japan. He is fluent in Russian and Spanish and, in his career, has conducted business in over 50 countries.
