Mary Scotti was appointed VP, business affairs, at women’s network WE TV. She previously served as VP business and legal affairs at Viacom Media Networks. Jo-Ku Tang (MBA) was named managing director and CFO of Morgan Joseph TriArtisan LLC, an investment and merchant bank. He has been controller at the firm since 2001.
