April Leong is the founding principal of Liberation Diploma Plus High School, an alternative school in Brooklyn that enrolls students at risk of dropping out. After working 17 years for the city’s Department of Education, she opened the school in 2007. Perizaad Zorabian-Irani (MBA) runs her family’s India-based poultry business, Zorabian Chicken, which markets preservative-free packaged chicken and has expanded into ready-to-cook entrees. She and her family’s business ventures were featured in the Mumbai Mirror in June. Zorabian-Irani is married and has two children: daughter Zaha and son Zayaan. Daniela Zustovich, of commercial real estate advisory firm Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, has been appointed building manager of W&H Properties’ 1400 Broadway.
