A New Lease on Student Life

The future Allen G. and Mary E. Aaronson Student Center took a major step forward as Baruch College signed a 15-year lease agreement (with an option to renew for an additional 15 years) with the U.S. Post Office for space in its historic building on 23rd Street.

In Memoriam: Robert Silberberg (’55)

Longtime advertising and television executive, Robert "Bob" Silberberg (‘55), died peacefully with the same grace and dignity for which he was known, on October 26th, in Boynton Beach, Florida from pancreatic cancer. He was 83. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle, brother and friend.

So the announcement that three Baruchians had been selected for U.S. Student Fulbright Awards for 2017–18 was met with great fanfare.
