Three things to help you improve your oral/written communication skills are:
1) Practice makes perfect. Do dry runs of your presentation either to yourself or in front of a group of friends to see improve the issues you are having.
2) Make sure to have smooth transitions between speakers during a group presentation.
3) Go to the Baruch Writing center for help improve your writing skills.

New employees with communication issues should
1 ) Get more friends to practice speaking with for oral communication
2) Ask someone else to review your writing before sending it out
3) Learn from texts, friends and everywhere else
