Project Goal: Our database serves as a nexus providing detailed specifications on a comprehensive list of stocks from the US Stock Market. The database will enable the hedge fund to track the historical performance of stocks and predict future stock prices, as well as record current positions and assets.
Businesses that can utilize this database: Brokerage firms such as TD Ameritrade, Fidelity, and ETrade. Financial Institutions, Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds, and various investment firms that advise their clients about investing in the stock market and attempt to predict future stock prices.

Real Estate Management
Client: Real estate firm
Project Goal: Our goal is to provide realtors with property information to assist them with their leasing and sales activities and be efficient at it.
Project Deliverables: A real estate data warehouse that will track and retrieve property descriptions, locations, availability, contacts, tenants, sales and lease transactions, and occupation history. Realtors will be provided with forms where data can be entered and saved successfully.
