February 18 Group Activity

I want to send a big shout out to group #2. I truly enjoyed working with this group, our group communication was truly fluent and we were able to organized, reflect and prepared an organizational method to build our house model.  For me this assignment reflected the importance of communicating and trusting our teammates. Also, on this second assignment for me individually was much easier to work with the whole team, in comparison to the first time group assignment. So! Prof. Martha whatever method you used to make the group(which I’m working in finding out, did really work for me!). On the other side, one of the challenges that we faced as a group was to figure out our assembling method. We had the design and distribution of tasks based on our skills, but then when we needed to assemble the houses as group we had to practice multiple times before having a method that truly works for us as whole.
