EdTech Sites

Below are examples of online learning websites and the courses they offer. You will notice that none of these sites are the major companies like Yahoo!, Google, or Apple. Instead they are smaller websites that are part of the Long Tail. According to Chris Anderson, the Long Tail is the continuation of non-mainstream entertainment still being listened to and viewed. These smaller sites have been growing in popularity because they offer a unique service that none of the bigger tech players currently do.
