Keeper is a new female superhero, who is protecting New York citizens. She came from a small planet called Myanto. Her ability is that she can absorb everything into her palm with a tornado. She can either get rid of the items she absorbed or keep them for later use. She can also combine the things she absorbs and builds new things such as weapons, cars, planes, buildings, etc.
