Is traveling the world one of your dreams? Mine too! One of my biggest goals is to travel the world. I plan to graduate from college and get a job so I can afford to travel the world. I have a long list of all the countries I want to go. However, I don’t want to wait around five more years to be able to make my dream come true. I want to start traveling the world as soon as possible, but unfortunately, I cannot do it. I am a college student, and my economic situation does not even allow me to go across the country. If you find yourself in the same situation, I want to invite you to follow the following tips. I have done some search to find the best ways to save money to travel, and I want to share it with you. First: sell things you do not use. What is useless for you can be useful for others; search for your belongings, set a price and sell it on eBay, Amazon or wherever you want to. Second: get a part-time job. You will make extra money, but you also will win experiences and skills. Be responsible and save the money you make, it would help you move a couple of steps closer to your goal. If you already have a part-time job and you need the money for other things; it’s okay, you can use the next strategy. Third: cut dough from your expenses, make a budget. I know it sounds hard, almost impossible, but if you organize yourself, you can make it. You do not need to buy Chipotle for lunch, bring a sandwich and drink water (it’s a lot healthier). The last one: organize the trip, your money and your time. Make a budget of all the money you would need for the trip. Once you know how much you would need: make a plan to save a specific amount of money every month. Promise yourself you would keep the amount of money you say you would make each month, be responsible. I know it sounds hard, but we need to try it if we want to start to live our dreams. Start saving money, and I am going to do the same because I want to travel to my country next year, talk to me if you wish to join me!
