I decided to draw my childhood stuffed animal. It is a huge ladybug named “Coccinelle” (nothing more than ladybyg in French) with 4 smaller insects hanging to her body. She used to be as big as me as a baby. I have to say that she is in pretty bad shape now, she actually has only 2 animals hanging left and is more pale pink that red now but I will keep her forever anyway.
With my partner in class, we did a pretty straightforward object that still had a shape of a cup. We tried to use all the elements but we then realized that the spoon and the fork were actually still usable and that it could be even mmore useless.
For my revision, I decided to only keep half of a cup with cutting edges so that nothing can be pured inside and the cup can neither be hold. The spoon and fork are molded on the half cup directly so that none of them can be used. The spatula is still at the bottom of the half cup so that it can’t stand either.
Hi! My name is MaĆ«lis Tomassone and I am a French exchange student. I also a part-time booking coordinator in a photo studio/event venue in Queens. I love quite everything that is linked to art, from fashion to painting or artistic direction, and hope that I’ll be able to work in this industry at some point! I love going out and discovering new places, especially jazz clubs!
