Artist statement

The power of action lies in the silence, i thought of making the video a modern comical piece with dance moves. I decided to use the antics of everyday character. I had a couple my friends acting using improv and decided to cut the audio to show that the body language being shown portrays the emption and the power of movement. I think i was really careful with picking the right angles, because i believe that angles play a big role in the process of making a video. In the beginning i had a lot of shots where no-one can tell what’s going on, it’s a little bit suspicious and it continues to be suspicious until the man with the spoon hits his first victim. Then everything becomes obvious. Overall in my videos i like to use a little bit of humor but make it look serious which makes a piece even more funnier in my opinion. When I mention anything in the video i try to be it as recent as possible. That’s why my art is easy to understand but in my opinion it’s a lot of hard work when touching some recent subjects because sometimes they can just be not funny and very typical.
