   I absolutely think that this is a pressing issue that affects many organizations and companies through out the country.    Making the lack of diversity within the company an urgent matter is a first good step. Then we must take a look at whether this is a blatant act of discrimination, https://www.eeoc.gov/ or if it is as series of hiring practices that on their surface seem neutral but in fact marginalize groups of potential employees.
