Chocolate Banana Protein Cupcakes with Protein Icing
When you get a craving , and reach for unhealthy snacks that are packed with sugar and other bad ingredients this can cause harm to your diet. This is a healthy alternative to desert, packed with protein, its great for an extra boost of energy, that you wont feel guilty about later.
1) Ingredients to prepare the batter: 1.5 scoops of Muscle Meds Carnivore chocolate protein, 1/4 cup almond flour, 2/3 cup brown rice flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp vanilla extract, 5, packets of stevia, 1 egg white, 1 banana, 1 egg, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/3 cup Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp almond milk.
2) Mix all of these ingredients together until smooth
3) Add the batter to cupcake pans, with canola non-stick cooking spray, or use cupcake doilies.
4) Bake in the oven for about 12 minutes at 350F
For icing use 1 scoop Betancourt White chocolate protein, 4 tbsp fat free Cool Whip, 3 oz reduced fat cream cheese, 1 tsp Stevia (optional). Mix ingredients together until smooth and fluffy.
You can eat plain or sprinkle some cinnamon and walnuts on top. Enjoy!

Baked Protein Oatmeal with Dymatize ISO 100 Whey
Baked protein oatmeal for meal preparation. Easy way to make breakfast for the entire week at one time. Remember that baked oatmeal becomes more like a bread when baked so it’s perfect with morning tea or coffee.
Ingredients for 4 servings: 4 scoops @Dymatize ISO 100 protein, 4 egg whites, 2 cups instant oatmeal, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, cinnamon, 1tsp baking powder, 4 packets Stevia, 1 medium apple (grated), 1 medium banana.
Approx macros PER serving: 341 calories, 36g protein, 41g carbs, 3g fat
Step 1: mix dry ingredients
Step 2: mix egg whites & medium banana
Step 3: grate medium apple into bowl. Add vanilla extract & Greek yogurt
Step 3: add oatmeal. Blend. Add scoops of protein. Blend.
Step 5: Pour into ramekins & pour raisins on top (or diced almonds)
Bake at 350F for 20 minutes
