I don’t know how I managed to forget to write a blog for this one. Better late then never I guess. So this workshop was the most useless of all that I have went to I’d say. It was just a mess from the start. They told us that they didn’t expect the number of people that showed up to show up and that it was a record number for Baruch. The line outside the room where it was supposed to be held extended all the way around the corner and even blocking the escalators and the hallway on the fifth floor. They then directed us to individual mini lecture rooms there and began the workshop like that. All the waiting in line already killed like a good majority of the time the workshop was supposed to be held. When it started, they told us information that we had either already knew or was irrelevant. No solid, take away information was given which makes me say this was just a waste of time.
