On September 24 I attended the Club Fair and it was a great experience. Even though the club fair was extremely packed, I was able to maneuver my way around to each table. I saw some interesting clubs and some clubs that made me think, what a waste of money. It was a very informative and overwhelming experience at the same time. I was able to learn about and join clubs I was interested in while collecting free giveaways ( ex. shot glass, highlighter and an apple bag). I joined the NABA (National Association of Black Accountants) and the billards and bowling club. In the future i expect to join VITA and a Frat.
The Student services fair was more informational rather than interesting. I learned about the registrar office, student life, and bursar. It was kind of a waste because the lady in the front signed everyones book before we even got into the fair so there was no need to stay. It was in a small room that was extremely overcrowded. Next time they need to have this fair in the gym not the multi purpose room.
