Career Exploration – Resume Writing

I would say that this workshop pertains the most to helping a student prepare for his or her career.  I wasn’t aware that we had to schedule an appointment for Career Workshops but I was allowed in after the administrators decided to fill the empty seats that were available.  The students were provided with a packet that offered a template for creating a professional resume and offered seveal excersises that spark a student’s memory in order to recall what accomplishments to write down on a resume.  The presentation was clear and well-prepared.  I would recommend this workshop for any student having difficulty preparing a resume.
