On October 13th, I attended the Career Exploration Workshop- Career Planning: Impression Management. Dr. Ellen Stein taught me many tips on how to portray myself to people in the manner that is professional and approachable. She also told us about Starr Career Development Center workshops that we can take in order to be more prepared for interviews, such as the ‘mock interview’ workshop and even a resume workshop that teaches you the proper way to write a resume.

I am not going to lie, this workshop bored me. Most of the workshops have been interesting and fun, however this one i could not pay attention. Maybe it was because i did not get enough sleep the night before.
