On November 4th, i went to a Muscle Relaxation and Anxiety help workshop. At first i thought it was very unorganized because there was room changes and other small problems. As the workshop started it seemed as if the guys were kind of crazy because they gave a raisin to everyone and they told us to become “one with the raisin” and then eat it and chew it slowly to pay attention to all the aspects of it. I thought it was quite odd but then we started doing exercises which actually made me feel relaxed. In less than an hour, the speaker had made my whole day relaxed. I definitely recommend this workshop if there are any more of the same ones.

I agree with Jay. I was having a stressed day when i attended this workshop and by the end of it i felt like a new person. I use the muscle relaxation tips when ever i feel stressed or tired and it seems to work every time.
