Well i am not exactly sure what i learned from this one because…well..they didn’t really say anything…I don’t think they were expecting so many people to show up so a lot of us didn’t even get the folders. So i have to go back on Monday which is sad because i was looking forward to the refreshments and what not. i was also looking forward to the the raffle =D. i did feel sorry for the poor lady though because she had to sign so many books.

I did get the application when i went back on Monday and i was kind of overwhelmed because i don’t even know what major i want to do, let alone a minor. So i hope to figure that out soon.
I wish i could recommend this workshop to others but i didn’t really get anything out of it so i don’t know. I think that next time they should anticipate a larger crowd and pick somewhere big to do it. if not, then they shouldn’t be sending out so many postcards inviting everyone because the bottom line is, we all want to get these workshops over with. so we’re all going to try to do them whenever we get the chance.
yeaaa i knoww, i thought it was going to be an awesome event for you guys too! but don’t worry i’m sure there will be more fun events some time soon!
The advisers said the average incoming freshman size is about 200 per year but this year Baruch had 2,000 so they were not prepared for the massive influx of people. They originally planned out many fun events and discussions but due to the chaos and confusion they canceled it and just decided to sign everyone’s books to keep things going.
yeah..that was it..there were so many people…and sum1 spilled their juice on me-_-
