Student Services was a type of fair where we had to go to a bunch of tables and learn all the different activities and things that Baruch offered. This workshop I thought was very helpful. I got more information about the SACC center and that they allow you to have group help which would be very helpful for students who are struggling. I really didnt like the fact that they forced us to go to 10 different stations because I really wasn’t interested. Overall I would recommend it because as freshmen we really do not know what Baruch offers and this way we see what they offer.
srry.. i replied to the wrong one before…
the part i hated was that they forced us to go to 10 stations when i was only interested in 3. so we had to pretend that we were interested just so that our card could get punched, which i thought was a waste of our time and the presenters. The only thing i actually appreciated listening was about the sacc center.
Did you learn anything from this workshop? How could it have been more interesting?
