Hi there again! (= w =)y
When I attended this workshop, I expected the speaker to, talk about something I didn’t know, and rather stop stating the obvious. She did bring some good points like you got to act calm, be sharp, do not show that you are nervous. But I did question some of her thoughts such as looking “professional.” Just because you look and act “professional” doesnt mean you are going to be a professional, or be competent for the job. I think that people should stop trying to look like something they are not and be more casual. If I were an employer I wouldn’t be looking out for a person’s attire, but of social skills and academic skills.
P.S
I was eating Halal food while listening to her, chicken over rice is a very addicting meal to have, especially when you add lots and lots of hot sauce. (= w =)/ bye now!
Yes I did, looking “professional” will make employers willing to hire you.
Did you learn anything that would eventually help you? Would you recommend this workshop?
