My friends and actually decided to attend this workshop really early due to the fact that this was the last art workshop; this decision ended up to be a great idea because after us, so many people came. Each tour lasted about 15 minutes and only 25 of us were allowed to go in at a time. We started off the tour looking at the early works of the artist then moved on to the artist’s more matured works. The art we saw were abstract and hard to understand. I just saw a bunch of pretty colors and triangles. It was hard to listen to the speaker because we were all very eager to leave.
I learned that an art department actually does exists in this college. I also learned that the works of artists’ mature over time. I don’t feel that this workshop really allowed us to participate with the subject matter I believe there could have been a better way to conduct this workshop.

I think the instructor of this workshop should have clearly addressed the reason why this particular artist was chosen to be in this exhibit. I would not recommend this workshop to someone because I feel that it is difficult to understand the purpose of it.
How could this workshop have been improved and would you recommend it to someone?
