I attended this Personal Enrichment workshop thinking I had to just get it over with. But after the workshop I realized that the tips they gave and exericises were actually helpful. At the beginning of the Workshop we had to carefully and meditatively analyze a raisin. This helped to increase relaxation and mindfulness. Towards the second half of the workshop we learned how to organize decisions we make in our lifes through a method called DEARMAN. This method allowed us to carefully analyze every element of a problem and how to fix it. At the end of the workshop the researchers played a soothing bell while we closed our eyes and relaxed. Through this meditation we was able to relax and relieve our body of any tension that we had. This was a great workshop and I would definitely recommend this to students because college does get stressful.
Sounds great! Haha but analyze a raisin… interesting!
