I attended the gallery tour just yesterday and to be honest, i was a bit bored. I suppose photography just isn’t my thing. The photographs were nice though but i just got bored hearing the person who was giving the tour talk. It was also pretty short and the lady( sorry i don’t remember her name) asked us about what kind of emotions we were sensing from the photos. She also told us about this photograph where the boat was half cut off and she explained it was to make the person looking feel like they would be able to walk into the boat.
There was another photograph actually, it looked like bodies in a desert and at first i thought i was looking at four people’s heads. but then as she was explaining it, i realized it was people’s butts. She showed another photograph but i didn’t really get to see it that well because there was a huge crowd in front of me. So i missed her explanation to it as well.
So I hope this is good. this week has been pretty tough. 3 exams and 2 essay assignments. I am so happy its all over-_-
You don’t sound entirely bored, it seems like you were actually interested in some of the photographs that you saw and actually got you thinking about them. Exams are filing in, hope everyone has been studying!
