Wow what can I say about this workshop. Well for starters I was disappointed. When I came inside I thought they would have more refreshments, other than 2 cookies and lemonade. Aside from the cookies, I expected an actual workshop, but I assume that since there were so many people, the advisers just signed our books and asked us to leave. There was suppose to be a raffle, but we never got around to it. Although the workshop was disappointing, I have to admit that the cookies were delicious, the lemonade was a nice, refreshing, full, and big cup, and the music selections were good.

Thank you Dana for posting a blog on the workshop you attended. This is great. I heard about how mixed up the reception was this year and that is unfortunate. My 1st semester I was able to go early enough to get a seat, have good refreshments and receive helpful packets that helped me figure a few things out on my own.
As far as I know there should still be a separate Academic Advisement sesson coming up outside of class that is mandatory for all freshmen to attend otherwise they will be more then clueless about registering for Spring 2010 classes in November.
Glad you enjoyed yourself, somewhat by attending this enrichment workshop. That’s 4 more to go for you Dana! =)
